Rachelle has closed manufactured homes over the years at the properties that I manage. She understands each different client very well and is so helpful. Rachelle has great communication skills and I am always excited when I see her name on the closing requests for any of the communities that I manage.

Rachelle Sanchez was such a joy to work with. She is professional, yet incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely sweet. She made my clients feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process, which is especially important when working with first-time homebuyers. She was always responsive—answering my calls promptly and taking the time to address every question clearly and thoroughly. Nothing felt delayed or confusing. She truly went the extra mile by arranging a courtesy signing at another Fidelity office for my out-of-town clients, which was a huge convenience for them. That level of thoughtfulness and follow-through made a big difference in their experience. She did a fantastic job, and I sincerely hope I get the opportunity to work with her again very soon.
